➡️烤盤大小 25cm x 17cm的長方形烤盤

➡️配方:
高筋麵粉 200克/1cup
全麥麵粉 100克 / 1/2 cup
黑糖 15克 /3tsp(也可以用細砂糖或者紅糖代替)
蜂蜜 15克/3tsp
幹酵母粉 4克/ 1tsp
鹽 4克/1tsp
雞蛋 1個(我這裡用的去殼重59克)
牛奶 145-160g/ml(請根據麵粉吸水性和雞蛋大小略微調整用量)
黑芝麻 12克/2.5 tsp
無鹽黃油 15克/3tsp

🌟170˚C/340˚F 中下層烤15-20分鐘,不同烤箱的受熱和溫度都有差異,請根據自家烤箱做略微調整

➡️Baking pan size: 25cm x 17cm

➡️Ingredients:
Bread flour 200g/1cup
Whole wheat flour 100g/ 1/2cup
Dark brown sugar / Caster sugar/ Brown sugar 15g / 3tsp
Honey 15g / 3tsp
Dry yeast 4g / 1tsp
Salt 4g / 1tsp
Egg 1(59g without shell)
Milk 145-160g/ml(Please adjust amount according to your flour and egg size)
Black sesame 12g/. 2.5tsp
Unsalted butter 15g / 3tsp

🌟Bake at 170˚C/340˚F for 15-20 minutes at the lower middle rack,the oven temperature swings vary by model and each individual unit can be different, so please adjust slightly
