📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
1 (100g) Carrots
0.4 cup (100ml ) Water
1 Egg
2 tbsp (25g) Sugar
1 tsp (3g) Yeast
2 cups (300g) Bread flour/wheat flour
1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
2 tbsp (28g) Unsalted butter
Egg wash
Saseme seeds

Mold size: 9‘’x9‘’/20x20cm
170°C (340°F) bake for 20 minutes

📢 Important tips
1. Because the water content of carrots is different, if the dough is sticky, you can add some more flour.
2. Mold size: 9''x9''/20x20cm
3. Put in the middle of the oven and bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes.
