Rusted Modern VIKING's Sword RESTORATION

Hey Folks, Today i am restoring this rusted VIKING sword which i got from a sword seller. I found this project interesting so i am showing the whole restoration process of turning this trash sword into an amazing process in this video. The Overall Sword length is = 3ft 5inches
The blade length = 2ft 7inches
handle length = 8inches
Width = 2inches

Here is the whole procedure of this video
o. Used very diluted Sulphuric Acid for removing RUST.
o. Perfectly sanded the blade by different grits of sandpapers.
o. Whet sanding was done upto 1500 grits..
o. Polished the blade on bench grinder.
o. Used lost foam casting technique for making handle.
o. Brass Casting was done in my homemade furnace.
o. Sanded the guard with files and after that sanded with different grit of sand papers.
o. Etched our logo of random hands with the help of Ferric Chloride.
o. Dark wood chosen for the handle.
o. I used black leatherette for better grip on the handle.
o. I embedded the Brass RH logo onto the handle.
o. The overall Sword is so shiny and beautiful.
