Tamarind sauce , also known as imli ki chutney, is a Spiced sweet and tangy sauce often served with chaats and fried snacks like samosa kachori and pakoras.
INGREDIENTS:
Tamarind/Imli pulp. 200g
Water 1L
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Jaggery / gurr 250g
