Air Fryer Fish Ingredients

1 large Alaskan Cod Fillet (split in half, mine was about 8lbs)
1/2 TBS of Olive Oil
1 TSP of Salt
1 TSP of Pepper

Classic Coating
3 TBS of Corn Meal
1 TBS AP Flour
1 TSP of Salt
1 TSP of Pepper
1 TSP of Garlic Powder
2 TSP of Cajun Seasoning

Alternative Coating
3 TBS of Corn Meal
1 TSP of Chile-Lime Salt
1 TSP of Pepper
1 TSP of Smoked Paprika
Fresh Dill

Directions for this Fish Air Fryer

Before coating the Fish sprinkle some salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 400F for 10 minutes
After the fish has been coated, use more oil, and make sure there are no visible "raw" spots, cook the Air Fryer Fish without flipping for 10 minutes.
