From incurable disease to med-free (1 man's story)
When Phillip Stutts was still in his 30s, he was diagnosed with achalasia — a rare disorder of the esophagus that makes eating almost impossible and that typically affects people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. It would have been very easy for Phillip to throw up his hands and give up. After all, there’s NO cure for achalasia. But that’s not what Phillip did. Instead, he resolved to not only defeat his condition, but to find a cure — something most medical professionals think is impossible. On this episode, Phillip talks to Dr. Gundry about how the Plant Paradox helped him get off his medications, how he stays positive despite the setbacks, and the 1 thing you should NEVER skimp on.
