DIY: Mini Lawn Flamingo | Using Polymer Clay

Make this super cute mini lawn flamingo for your indoor plants! This was inspired by The Sims actually. Remember adding those cheesy-yet-cute lawn flamingos to the Newbie house? Thumbs up if you do!

Supplies:
Polymer clay in black, yellow, red & white (or sub red and white for pink)
Jewelry Pins
Clay tools
Oven safe baking dish.

1. Mix red and white clay to make pink.
2. Take a small amount of the pink clay and roll into a snake. Roll one end of the snake down to create the head of the flamingo.
3. Take remaining clay and flatten into an egg shape. Create tail by pulling one side of the oval into a point.
4. Attach the neck to the body.
6. Roll yellow clay into a curved cone shape.
7. Use a pea size of the black clay and flatten into a circle. Fold over the yellow beak.
8. Attach beak to the flamingo head and add eyes using black dots of clay.
9. Stick jewelry pins into the bottom of the flamingo as legs.
10. Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
