Salt to taste
Water 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 4 (large)
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Garam masala 2tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fresh greeen chilies 5-6

For garnishing:
Chopped cilantro
& Julienne cut ginger
