This is the first knife I have ever made. I have been watching countless videos of knife making and decided I needed to try for myself. I used an old file because it is already in a hardened state and no need to heat treat. I tried to keep it cool as I was grinding by continuously spraying it with water. Like all of my artwork, I went outside the norm and wanted to carve a one of a kind knife handle. Introducing the very first SHARK KNIFE!

All the professional knife makers out there let me know how I did. I know I probably made a ton of mistakes along the way but I am learning!

Huge thanks goes out to Alex Reynaud for the help.

Wood finishing products taught by Dale Nish and can be further reviewed at Craft Supplies USA.
