Today we want to share with you this simple recipe for s'mores cookies, coz why not? We are sure you will love this recipe, everyone can make this at home as this does not require any baking expertise at all. You just need to combine all the ingredients. The dough doesn’t need to chill before it bakes so you can have them in the oven right away! We are excited for you to try this recipe too! 😘

INGREDIENTS:
5 sheets Grahams Cracker
1 cup chopped chocolate
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
Marshmallow

Baking time : 175•C for 18 mins

YIELD: 8 Pcs big cookies
